  11.    The following file is presented in three parts, part one
  12.    consists of a cover letter which accompianied an information
  13.    packet on the Finders cult of Washington, D.C., the author
  14.    of this letter is unknown. Part two consists of the complete
  15.    text of an article from U.S. News and World Report entitled
  16.    "Through A Glass, Very Darkly," concerning the 1987 police
  17.    investigation of the Finders and the subsequent cover-up
  18.    of all incriminating evidence against them by the CIA. Part
  19.    three consists of actual Customs Service documents concerning
  20.    the Finders investigation, of special interest is the Memo To
  21.    File which contains details of evidence seized at the Finders
  22.    warehouse in Washington, D.C., which clearly show direct
  23.    violations of national and international law and evidence
  24.    of the ritual and sexual abuse of children. Also of interest
  25.    is Report No. 2, in which the Customs Service is advised
  26.    by the Washington Metropolitan Police Department that the
  27.    Finders case had become a "CIA internal matter," and all
  28.    evidence seized during the raid was classified as SECRET,
  29.    effectively ending the Finders investigation.

  31.    The names of the law enforcement officals have been deleted
  32.    from this posting, but anyone wishing to obtain complete

  43.      FINDERS INTRO

  45.     For many years there has been rumors and hearsay comments by
  46.     certain individual law enforcement officers that a certain
  47.     U.S. government intelligence agency was kidnapping children
  48.     and using them as sex toys to entrap, blackmail and
  49.     manipulate politicians, diplomats and other officials. Up
  50.     until now there has been no clearcut, irrefutable evidence
  51.     available to the public. But now, finally, the public has
  52.     "smoking gun" evidence of pedophile kidnapping/abuse rings
  53.     operated by a U.S. government intelligence agency.

  55.     Attached is a copy of an important, startling and disgusting 
  56.     article which was bravely published by U.S. News and World
  57.     Report, titled "Through A Glass, Very Darkly."
  58.  
  59.     Attached to this article is clearcut corroborating "smoking
  60.     gun" evidence which consists of official U.S. Customs
  61.     investigation reports which have been completely
  62.     authenticated by the investigating officers who wrote them
  63.     and by a well respected Congressional investigator who
  64.     personally knows these Customs officials.

  66.     These official U.S. Customs investigation reports are 
  67.     irrefutable evidence of:
  68.  
  69.     1- A case of obvious child neglect/abuse involving child 
  70.     pedophile sexual abuse/child pornography/Satanic cult 
  71.     ritualistic abuse wherein the perpetrators were caught 
  72.     directly in the act by law enforcement, arrested on the basis 
  73.     of irrefutable evidence at the scene, and faced serious 
  74.     charges which typically bring sentences of decades in prison.

  76.     2- Whereas, search warrants were obtained for the "Finders" 
  77.     cult office in Washington, D.C. and a complete search was 
  78.     enacted by law enforcement which provided irrefutable 
  79.     pictures, movies and documents of such above abuse/neglect 
  80.     and evidence of access to the confidential arrest reports on 
  81.     the "Finders" cult from the arrests in Tallahassee which 
  82.     occurred only a day earlier (suggesting very high level 
  83.     connections to U.S. intelligence agencies in and of itself).

  85.     3- Whereas, all investigation of the "Finders" cult by the 
  86.     FBI, U.S.  Customs and local law enforcement was ordered 
  87.     stopped by the U.S.  Justice Department on the grounds of 
  88.     "national security" and the matter of the "Finders" cult was 
  89.     turned over to the Central Intelligence Agency as an 
  90.     "internal security matter," since the "Finders" is and has 
  91.     been a domestic and international covert operation of the 
  92.     Central Intelligence Agency.

  94.     4- Whereas, any and all investigation of the "Finders" cult 
  95.     was immediately stopped, all evidence was suppressed and 
  96.     denied, the abused children were released back to the adult 
  97.     perpetrators who had been arrested "in the act" and the CIA 
  98.     resumed its ongoing covert operation of the "Finders" cult 
  99.     which is used to procure and produce:

  101.       The development of child/assets to be used to entrap 
  102.       politicians, diplomats; corporate and law enforcement 
  103.       officials; to sell such child/victims to wealthy perverts 
  104.       to raise money for covert operations, to train some of the 
  105.       child/victims to be professional operatives and assassins 
  106.       of a totally cold, multiple personality, mind control 
  107.       nature.

  109.     This most disgusting perversion perpetrated by our government 
  110.     needs to be exposed. To date only one media outlet has dared 
  111.     publish anything about this (U.S. News).

  113.     Please, make copies of this packet, give it to all your 
  114.     friends, associates and neighbors, send it to your local 
  115.     media and demand investigation and coverage, send it to all 
  116.     your congressmen, senators and state and local politicians 
  117.     and demand investigation. Give a copy to your local police 
  118.     chief and any police officers or government officials you 
  119.     know. Make a minimum of five copies and much more if you can 
  120.     afford it. This information cvvan be distributed as a "chain 
  121.     letter" and can create massive exposure, thus posing a major 
  122.     force to manipulate the CIA to stop the perpetration of these 
  123.     major felony and criminal acts of the most disgusting 
  124.     variety.

  126.     In the last few years there have been other "smoking guns" 
  127.     proving that U.S. intelligence agencies traffic in children, 
  128.     sell them and abuse them.  Some of these covert operations 
  129.     have been tied to long term and massive importation, 
  130.     distribution of narcotics into the USA by the same 
  131.     intelligence agencies.
